Response time is typically within a few business days. For bug reports and data errors, including specific details, the item name, dungeon, class, or quest involved, helps locate and fix the issue much faster.

Data accuracy

HC Helper covers all WoW Classic dungeons, all nine classes, and a large item database spanning dungeon drops, quest rewards, crafted gear, and vendor items. Despite this coverage, errors are inevitable in a database of this size. If something looks wrong, an incorrect stat value, a quest that starts somewhere different than shown, or a boss drop that is missing, please report it and it will be corrected promptly.

The most valuable reports are specific: include the item name, dungeon name, or quest name alongside what you believe to be incorrect, and (if you have one) a Wowhead link confirming the correct value.
