Dun Morogh is where Dwarves and Gnomes start: in Coldridge Valley, in the south-west of the zone, for levels 1 to 10. That includes WoW Forever’s Dwarf Shamans. 19 of its 55 quests are new in WoW Forever. This guide has every quest, grouped by where you pick it up, in the order you reach those places by level, with what each quest asks and what it gives you.
