What is WoW Forever?
World of Warcraft: Forever is Blizzard's new take on vanilla Azeroth. The world, the levels and the classic dungeons are still there, but much of what you meet along the way has been reworked: items carry new stats like haste and expertise, the talent trees have been reworked, and the new Skyborne race arrives for both factions, as the Alliance's High Order Skyborne and the Horde's Windshaper Skyborne. Familiar races can play new classes too, such as Dwarf Shamans and Undead Paladins.
That means a lot of Classic knowledge no longer holds. The item that was a safe pick in Classic may have different stats in Forever, a talent you always took may work differently, and six dungeons are entirely new, among them the Ruins of Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes. These tools are built on Forever's own data, not on Classic's.
What these tools do for your character
Gear and leveling helper. Every Forever item is scored with stat weights for your class, spec and level, including the new stats, and the list shows where each upgrade comes from: a quest reward, a dungeon boss, a recipe or a vendor. Percentage stats like crit and hit count for less at low levels and more as you level, so the recommendations change as your character grows.
Talent calculator. Plan a build in the reworked trees before you spend a point, with each rank's description, and see which abilities your trainer teaches at each level.
Dungeon helper. All 25 dungeons with their levels, bosses and loot, and the dungeon quests for your faction with their rewards, so you can pick up every quest before you go in. Upgrades for your character are marked.
Professions helper. Forever has more than 2,400 recipes. For your professions you see what each one needs, where to learn it (a trainer, a vendor, a drop or a quest) and which crafted items are upgrades for you.
Choose Normal / Hardcore, Self-Found or Solo Self-Found above, and the recommendations only show gear you can actually get: Self-Found hides the Auction House and world drops, Solo Self-Found also hides dungeon loot and group quests.

All the Classic Hardcore tools are still here, with your Classic character saved separately: Classic character page, gear planner, dungeon guide, talent planner, professions, world buff timers and guides.
