Elwynn Forest is where Humans start: in Northshire Valley, the walled valley north-east of Goldshire, for levels 1 to 10. WoW Forever keeps the zone you know and adds to it: 28 of its 72 quests are new in WoW Forever. This guide has every quest, grouped by where you pick it up, in the order you reach those places by level, with what each quest asks and what it gives you.

The quests start in 8 places. Go through them in the order of the numbers and you’ll rarely meet a quest above your level. Quests new in WoW Forever are marked New in the lists, and quests Forever changed Changed.

Where to go next

Around level 10, most Alliance players move on to Westfall, west of Elwynn, or to Loch Modan, east of Dun Morogh, with the Deeprun Tram from Stormwind to Ironforge. New in WoW Forever: Stormwind Harbor, on the west side of the city, has a boat to Auberdine in Darkshore, so Kalimdor’s Alliance zones are a short trip away.
